These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Finale Composer, a HubSpot-connected application operated by Hubs Help LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using Finale Composer, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization whose HubSpot portal you are connecting ("you").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the application.
You must have the authority to install third-party applications in the HubSpot portal you are connecting. By completing the OAuth installation, you represent that you have that authority.
One Finale Composer subscription covers one HubSpot portal. Each portal that uses the application requires its own subscription.
Finale Composer is an AI-assisted content generation tool that integrates with HubSpot's CMS. It allows users within a connected portal to draft, preview, and place content using an AI language model of their choosing. The application places a module in the portal's Design Manager and uses HubSpot's File Manager to store file attachments used during content sessions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at the time of signup. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will be made.
After the trial, your subscription converts to the plan you selected (monthly or annual) and billing begins automatically. All fees are stated in US dollars and charged to the payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. If you cancel a paid subscription, access continues through the end of the current billing period and will not renew. If you cancel during a trial, access ends immediately and no charge is made.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at the address below.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The Finale Composer application, including its interface, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Hubs Help LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the application to you.
Content you generate using the application belongs to you, subject to the terms of whichever AI provider you have configured. We claim no ownership over the output of your content sessions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of content generated by AI language models. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any generated content before publishing it.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUBS HELP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may stop using the service and uninstall the application from your HubSpot portal at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
Upon termination, your OAuth connection and API token will be revoked. Your billing and install history may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy below.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at this URL and update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated via the application or by email if we have a contact address for your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
This Privacy Policy describes how Hubs Help LLC collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Finale Composer. By using the application, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not access or store any HubSpot CRM data including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, forms, email campaigns, workflows, lists, or pipelines. We do not collect information about individual end-users visiting your HubSpot pages.

Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their data practices.
When you uninstall the application from HubSpot, we revoke and delete your OAuth tokens and your portal API token. Your AI provider key is also deleted at that time.
Your subscription record and install history are retained after uninstall. This allows us to honor any remaining paid access period and ensures your history is not lost if you reinstall. Billing and payment records are also retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.
Files you have uploaded to your HubSpot File Manager remain there under your control after uninstall. We do not delete them.
Your AI provider API key is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before storage and is never logged or transmitted to any party other than your chosen AI provider. OAuth tokens are stored with a rolling expiry and are automatically rotated. All connections to our server use HTTPS.
No security measure is perfect. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
